As a freelance project manager, I support organizations with digital transformations, international implementations, and change initiatives. I bring structure, focus, and energy to complex environments, with attention to both results and people.

With over 25 years of experience in project and change management, I have led a wide range of projects within international organizations. I combine deep knowledge of project methodologies (PRINCE2, PMI, Agile, SAFe). en changemanagement (PROSCI) with a pragmatic and people-oriented approach.

  • Protime (2025 – present)

    • International Project Manager - Responsible for the implementation of time management solutions (workforce and time tracking systems) for clients in various European countries, with a focus on international rollout, change management, and process harmonization.

  • Emixa (2022 – 2024)

    • De Lijn - Team Lead EAM: implementation of planning and maintenance processes for vehicles and tram infrastructure across 30 maintenance centers in Flanders. Led a team of 12 and rolled out standardized processes to improve efficiency and quality.

    • Primagaz (SHV Energy) - CRM Project & Change Manager: successful Salesforce implementation in Belgium, including integrations, rollout, and user adoption. Introduced and coached an Agile approach within the organization.

    • Arbo Unie - Project Manager / Agile Coach: development and launch of a mobile app and analytics tool for absence management. Guided the team in Scrum methodology and ensured continuous delivery of valuable features.

  • Ctac (2018 – 2022)

    • Senior People Manager: responsible for the development, coaching, and vitality of all consultants in Belgium.

    • Cras & Sioen – SAP Project Manager: leadership in the implementation of SAP S/4HANA and IFRS16 projects.

    • Arvesta – Program Manager: optimization of processes within the Animal Nutrition business unit and migration of logistics activities.

  • ASML (2014 – 2018)

    • Business Transformation Lead: introduction of Lean, Operational Excellence, and Agile within the DUV R&D organization.

    • Product PMO (EUV Source): responsible for governance, program management, and leadership of a PMO team.

  • Philips Healthcare (1999 – 2013)

    • Various roles in project and change management, including SAP implementations across multiple countries, acquisition integrations, and process optimization within Customer Services EMEA.
